Set in the heart of rural France, half an hour west of the town of Le Mans, Etang-des-Landes is within easy reach of all the ferry ports. The lake is stream fed with a depth of between 3-12 feet over a silt bottom, approximately 5 acres in size on a totally private, enclosed property of 10 acres.

We have added to the impressive existing stock with specimen carp from the famous Maurepaire fishery. These additions include 80 x 20 lb plus, 15 x 30 lb as well as 3 x 40 lb's. By restricting the number of swims, there is ample room for everyone including secure car parking spaces.

Showers and toilets are available 24 hours a day at the house adjacent to the lake. Bait and small items of tackle can be purchased on site, with Keswalls supplying its own top quality Nash ‘Keswalls special mix' boilies direct to the lake, and also supplying its own high oil trout pellets. (Please book bait in advance to avoid disappointment). Shops, bars and a local supermarket are within easy reach for all other needs.

Self-catering anglers are welcome, but we can offer first class meals – a full English breakfast and evening meal, for an additional charge of £10.00 per person per day. Snack lunches also available for a small charge.
